PROCESS OF BUYING A PROPERTY-- In a nutshell....

1. Pre-home viewing meeting: Identify type of a property in desirablity/availability/affordability
2. Locating best properties & preliminary investigation about potential properties for sale (MLS® listings)

5. Writing up an offer AND negotiation
    In writing up a contract, the included are:
    -- Date of offer
    -- Date & time your offer expires
    -- Full legal names and addresses of both the Buyer and the Seller
    -- Full description of the property including the P.I.D
    -- Amount of the deposit you are giving, which will be held in a trust account
